We are proud to welcome you to Beckington Church of England First School.

Our vision is to create a safe, caring and aspirational learning community, inspired by our Christian values, where we thrive through challenge, fun, friendship and a strong sense of belonging, enabling us all to be the best we can be.

Beckington Church of England First School became part of the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust in December 2024. As a small and nurturing church school for children aged four to nine, we are committed to providing an education that enables every child to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

We believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, discovery and joy. Through engaging learning experiences, opportunities to learn outdoors and a rich, broad curriculum, we encourage our children to question, explore, research and develop a lifelong love of learning. Our Christian values underpin all that we do and help us to create a community where every child feels valued, respected and supported to achieve their full potential.

Our website offers a glimpse into everyday life at Beckington and provides useful information for current and prospective families. We hope it gives you a flavour of our school, our values and our commitment to helping every child flourish.

However, there is no substitute for visiting in person. If you would like to find out more about Beckington, please get in touch. We would be delighted to welcome you and show you around our school.
